I use the B’Metronome app all the time at gigs, presetting the grid to include all the tempos that will be used for the different songs during the show. I also use the app at rehearsals with a 6×6 grid of 36 preset tempos from 60bpm to 240bpm in 5bpm steps. This gets me to the tempo of any new chart, if not exactly then within a few clicks, at the touch of a button.
